I’m Emily and the owner behind 44 Birch Bakery.

I consider myself a self-taught baker and cookie artist. I started out with crafting, calligraphy/lettering, and stationery design and began baking cookies in 2021, turning my design ideas into art you can eat! My philosophy is simple: quality over quantity, high standards, and personalized designs and service for each customer. The name 44 Birch is an homage all my experiences of the past and all the hopes of the future.

44 Birch Bakery is a one woman show. I design, bake, and hand decorate each cookie set. During the day, I work full-time in suicide prevention and run 44 Birch Bakery part-time at night.
